Small Group Leader Qualifications: Sincere, worthy of respect, and of a good reputation. Tithe regularly to The Fountain church. Have a genuine desire to serve and minister to other people. Able to lead, motivate, and teach other people. Able to create positive group dynamics, and resolve conflicts within the group.
